You may request an appointment by choosing the location below, we will contact you during business hours to confirm your appointment. Most appointments require a 1-hour time frame, please consider this before making your appointment.

For all ultrasound appointment requests: You must first schedule a pregnancy test appointment. Some limitations apply, call for more information

For STD Testing appointments: You must abstain from sexual activity for at least 7 days prior to your appointment.
